Event Cancellation Policy

Some Chamber events may have a specific cancellation policy. Unless specified differently on the event registration page, the following policy applies:

Individual Attendees
For registered event attendees, the Calvert Chamber of Commerce adheres to a five-business-day cancellation policy, unless stated otherwise on an event’s registration page. Attendees can receive a full refund if a written cancellation notice is submitted to the Calvert Chamber of Commerce at least 5 business days before the event. Attendee substitutions are permitted with written notice provided at least 48 hours prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after the event for no-shows, travel delays, illnesses, missed sessions, or cancellations post-event start.

Corporate Tables
Once registration is submitted, refunds will not be issued for corporate tables. However, substitutions for corporate table attendees are allowed, provided written notice is given at least 48 hours before the event.

Additional Note
Substitutions are not permitted for events requiring security clearances.
